Entries must be received NO LATER than 4:00 pm Friday February 10th, 2012 if sending by mail to World Class Shows, Attn: Mike Spanton, 727 Industrial Road, Suite 106, San Carlos,  CA 94070 or brought to the California Home & Patio Show by 4pm, Sunday, February 12, 2012. World Class Shows and their agents are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or postage-due mail. Contest open to California residents who are homeowners over 18 years of age, except employees, affiliates and agencies of World Class Shows, and their immediate family members.  Finalists selected from the entry forms will be contacted via phone to return to the show that day to claim their Patio Furniture at around 4:00 pm daily.  Proper identification will be required to claim daily Patio Furniture prize.  Contest hosts have the right to change winner selection process without advance notice.  All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.  Entry in this contest constitutes the winner’s agreement for the use of the name for the publicity by the co-promotional partners. World Class Shows, whose decision will be final and binding, will decide all disputes relating to application of these rules.
